UKCEPTI (The UK Centre for Therapeutic Implants)
A project which is founded on 15 years of pioneering research by Professor Hagan Bayley and his team at Oxford University and could develop into a medical revolution and bring positive transformative impact to how humanities cope with the issue of global ageing and human health and as such, shall help to further strengthen the UK’s positon as a global hub in innovation, in the realm of life science as well as many other areas.
Its importance and potential positive ramification has been endorsed by the UK Government which has selected UKCEPTI as one of the 12 projects qualified for the Research Venture Catalyst Scheme under the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) whereby the UK Government shall match the non-public funding the project can raise, for an amount upto £25m.
As such, it would represent a significant contribution in the realm of ESG for companies, individuals and entities which have contributed to its development, especially those which support it during the earliest formative stage of the project.
It is with this in mind that the Hong Kong Heritage would like to invite companies, individuals and entities around the world to support UKCEPTI. Doing so would also be in line with Hong Kong Heritage’s vision and mission of having important ideas about Humanities developed at Oxford being desseminated to the rest of the world, via London for the West and Hong Kong for the East.
Other than being a valuable project to the Humanities in its own right, the project’s merit as an investment has been endorsed by the renowned venture capital firm Oxford Science Enterprise which has committed to be its Lead Investor, and shall take up at least 50% of its shares available to investors.
